Pho Ok? More like phoking phontastic! Pho Ok serves many common Vietnamese dishes you can find anywhere else. But what it does is make these typical dishes really really well. Went here for lunch and got: – Beef Stew with Rice Noodle Soup: Generous serving size, beef was tender, broth was really tasty. – Grilled Chicken Vermicelli with Spring Roll: Huuuge portion size, chicken had a good savoury kick to it, spring rolls were crispy on the outside but nice and chewy on the inside, and the vermicelli was done well and not clumpy. – Fried Shrimp Roll: Nice and crispy, with a standard sweet and sour side sauce to tangy things up. – Shrimp Mango Salad: Another big serving, with the sweet mango nicely balanced a sprinkling of fresh shrimp and salty peanuts. If it’s not clear by now, Pho Ok serves tasty dishes at really great prices. In addition, the place was nice and clean, and service was pleasant and attentive. Will definitely be back!

This review is belated, my apologies. But I did post about it on instagram at my foodie IG @hungarie! ???? I enjoyed coming here my first time and I would definitely come again. Friendly staff, delicious and authentic tasting noodle soup (my Vietnamese friend approves the broth), clean single bathroom (you have to ask the staff to use it), with a cozy family style layout and feel. I found out about Pho OK from Google (I searched, pho in North York), and good thing for local SEO because this came up. This location has many perks as well, it’s ttc accessible and there’s free parking within walking distance if you park somewhere residential and I believe there’s paid underground parking nearby at the commercial buildings. I hope it stays in business because it’s real nice having authentic pho in the area (as opposed to places that serve “Vietnamese food” but not really). I recommend the bun bo hue dish (a must order if you love spicy food!), their spring rolls, their beef stew, and their traditional pho. My friend and I asked the waiter for their recommendations and they were more than happy to share their thoughts. We loved everything we ordered!

I was very excited to try out this new vietnamese restaurant in my area, I’ve been waiting anxiously for one to open for a long time. And I was not disappointed! I ordered a medium pho w/ rare beef and beef balls (pho tai bo vien) and a small fresh rolls w/ grilled pork sausage (goi cuon nem nuong). Both items were delicious and the portions are large (both in meats and noodles), I had ordered an appetizer assuming the medium pho would come much smaller. Customer service was excellent and attentive. Prices are fair. Definitely coming back to try the bun bo hue ????

Food really tasty, clean flavours and speedy and friendly service. For a place that just opened up, I was really impressed. Their menu does have quite a few options and has all of your typical pho place favourites.
